The RogueCon 2010 Sponsorship program is a great way to represent the organizations, vendors and businesses in the community who are supporting RogueCon. Four levels of sponsorship are defined: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond representing the Sponsor's level of support for RogueCon.
At each level sponsors are granted benefits. The use of these benefits is subject to the Sponsor, who may select to use part, all or none of the benefits with no change to their Sponsorship status. Benefits are non-transferable, and are subject to the activity or feature described being available at the given event.
Sponsorship Detail
Some benefits are limited resources, and are available on a first-come first-serve basis. RogueCon reserves the right to change any benefit, size, frequency cost or availability without notice.
RogueCon is targeting 100-500 attendees for 2010, with direct targeted marketing to be sent to over 2000-3000 registered people across the Utah Wasatch front (registered from past attending other sci-fi and fantasy events and local retailers in the region). This is a great opportunity to hand your name and brand information
directly to your target audience.

Add-Ons
These features can be added onto any level of sponsorship. In the case of advertisements one Ad can be upgraded to the next higher ad with only the difference in cost.
Sponsored Activity (priced by activity and rewards, $50+) -- You run an exclusive event, named with your name and logo. At event can present banner [2], and event can have add-on costs to cover merchandise or other registration costs you may provide.
Sponsored Location (priced by location, $200-$500) -- Prominent name placement on the labels of a location at the event and the right to place a banner at a prominent location at the Location, for the duration of the event. Locations include: Game rooms, speaker rooms, stages, consuites, etc. Example: The {your name} Stage, or The {your name} Battle Room!
Swag Bag (as available, no cost) -- Your Swag bag! -- Designed and provided by your organization [5]. Everybody will carry this bag around and display to the convention your logo and product information! Sponsor for Swag Bag will be selected from highest tier of interested Sponsors.

Sponsoring Alternate Event
Other Events wishing to cross promote each other may also desire for exchange of features in-kind. RogueCon offers sponsorship levels with features in-kind to other similar events.
[1] Logo and Link Exchange: Logo and Link Exchange Exchange: Logo is placed on Website and in Program book, with the size and location based on Sponsorship level. On the website, the link can be either your text name, or an image logo. The website image must be provided as a PNG image with the size no larger than that defined by the sponsorship level. The Program Book Logo must be a PNG of greater resolution (no greater than 1200px). It is your responsibility to provide all images prior to Program Book submission deadline.
Silver: Standard: 100x50px -- always appears on Sponsorship page for RogueCon and RogueCon 2010.
Gold: Standard: 150x75px -- always appears on Sponsorship page for RogueCon and RogueCon 2010.
Platinum: Standard: 200x100px, Bar size: 150x50px -- always appears on Sponsorship page for RogueCon, RogueCon 2010 and rotates through Sponsorship bar on all RogueCon 2010 pages.
Diamond: Standard: 250x125px, Bar size: 150x50px, Tiny size: 48x12px -- always appears on Sponsorship page for RogueCon, RogueCon 2010, and in Sponsorship bar on all RogueCon 2010 pages. Also may appear as tiny sponsor at bottom of page (subject to page design support).
Logo and Link Exchange is also focused on the Sponsor's Name, not products of the Sponsor. However, the Sponsor may use a short slogan or product prop in the link (subject to approval), such as "{Publisher}, makers of {yyy}"

Banners: Banners may not be larger than 6ft x 3ft. You are responsible to produce and provide shipping for banner (both directions).

Consignment Booth (Publishers/Manufacturers ONLY) -- RogueCon Convention may provide a Convention Sponsor's Consignment booth, which sells RogueCon T-Shirts and other convention merchandise, but is also available for Consignment sales of Manufacturer/Publisher Sponsors who are not able to manage exhibitor space.

Stuffers: Stuffers are very subjective, if you have any question just ask the Sponsorship Coordinator. Rough rules of thumb:
Silver: post-card to single page flyer or roughly a 2"x2"x2" item
Gold: no thicker than 5-10 multi-paged sheets or roughly a 4"x4"x2" item
Platinum: no thicker than 10-20 multi-paged sheets or roughly a 6"x6"x2" item
